To cover the floor on the veranda, it is necessary to use high-strength materials designed for outdoor use. For a summer terrace it can be a wooden terrace board made of teak or cedar, artificial stone, mosaic or tile, but linoleum, laminate and other materials used in the house are suitable for a warmed terrace.
The main rule that should be followed when choosing a floor finish on the veranda is high wear resistance, because on the veranda the floor will be exposed not only to mechanical stress, but also to various weather conditions, including high humidity and direct sunlight and frost. Do not forget that the main of the decisive factors determining the type of decoration is the style of the interior. For example, mosaic and artificial stone will be an excellent addition to the Mediterranean and Provence style, paving slabs will fit perfectly into the modern style, but when choosing a country style it is better to give preference to the blackboard.
