Green first aid kit on the windowsill: hair mask with aloe

Aloe, or otherwise called - agave, has long been used in medicine and cosmetology. Aloe leaves and stems are rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, beta-carotene, allantoin, essential oils, salicylic acid and other useful elements.

Aloe milk helps to avoid brittleness and hair loss, and also strengthens them. Microelements in its composition contribute to the restoration of the skin, the healing of minor injuries, activate hair growth, restore shine, relieve hair loss and strengthen hair follicles.

What is a plant useful for?

  • Moisturizes. Aloe care products saturate the skin and hair with useful elements, reducing electrification.

How to make a mask at home?

To care for all types of hair, aloe juice can simply be applied to the skin and hair, as an independent tool, or add it to various cosmetic formulations. After application, the hair becomes thicker and stronger.

From juice and yolk

  1. To one art. add a large yolk to a spoon of aloe juice, brush hair, wrap with a towel and walk for at least half an hour.
  2. Rinse with water without shampoo.

Aloe for hair in the form of a mask with yolk will make your hair soft, docile and silky, and the recipe for cooking is quite simple.

With kefir

  1. Take equal proportions (about one tablespoon) of aloe juice and kefir, mix with a teaspoon of castor oil (sold in a pharmacy), with the contents of one capsule of vitamin E.
  2. Apply only to the roots for 30-40 minutes.

Repeat once a week.

For growth

With nettle

You will need:

  • one tbsp. l aloe juice;
  • one teaspoon of castor or burdock oil;
  • one egg;
  • two tablespoons of a nettle broth.

All ingredients are mixed and massaged into the roots for 30 minutes. Repeat the procedure no more than 2 times a week.

With egg, onion and garlic

You will need:

  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons of plant juice;
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ small onions.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion with garlic, add the egg and aloe.
  2. Mix.
  3. Apply the mixture and wrap it in a plastic bag and towel.
  4. After 20 minutes, rinse off.
  5. After the procedure, be sure to rinse your head with water with lemon juice to get rid of the unpleasant odor.
In addition to lemon juice for rinsing, you can use apple cider vinegar (1 tsp per liter of water).

To strengthen

With onion peel

  1. It is necessary to mix 2 tablespoons of plant juice with the same amount of onion peel decoction and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Rub the mixture into the scalp and leave for an hour.
  3. After 3 days, repeat.

Honey Recipe

  1. Take 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of aloe juice.
  2. Apply to scalp and spread to the very tips.
  3. Wrap your head.
  4. Keep at least half an hour.

Dry

With a decoction of burdock

  1. Mix 100 ml of decoction of burdock and aloe milk.
  2. Add to them 1 yolk and 20 ml of castor oil.
  3. The resulting composition is treated hair along the entire length, after which you will need to wrap your head with a plastic bag and a towel, leave for 45 minutes.

Anti-dandruff

From nettle

  1. You will need to mix 1 egg yolk, 40 ml of nettle broth and 20 ml of aloe juice and castor oil to a homogeneous consistency.
  2. Then apply the mixture to the scalp and massage.
  3. Keep the mask for 40 minutes without warming.

With honey

  1. Take 20 ml of castor oil and mix with lemon juice in a 1: 1 ratio, as well as 40 ml of aloe juice and 40 grams of honey.
  2. Heat in a steam bath and apply to the roots.
  3. Leave on for 30 minutes.

Against loss

With kefir

  1. Requires 100 ml of kefir, 40 ml of burdock oil, 2 tablespoons of aloe juice and the contents of two capsules of vitamins A and E and 1 ampoule of nicotinic acid (sold in any pharmacy).
  2. Rub into the roots for 10 minutes.
  3. Hold for 30-35 minutes, wrapping your head.

How to cook with extract?

  1. It is better to use plants older than three years. Choose the lower leaves, as the concentration of nutrients in them is higher.
  2. Leaves must be cut off at the very base, because there is a large concentration of active substances near the stem. Do not water the plant 2 weeks before the cut.
  3. Finely chop the leaves with a knife or twist in a meat grinder. Place the resulting slurry in cheesecloth folded in three layers and strain. You can store no more than three days.
  4. Apply to hair once a week for 30-40 minutes.

Contraindications

Do not use on dyed hair. Their profound effect on the structure of the hair can contribute to the rapid leaching of color.

Before applying the composition to the hair, test for the presence of allergies to the components. By itself aloe extremely rarely causes any allergic reactionbut the oil contained in the masks, honey can cause itching or swelling. First, apply a small amount to the skin of the hands and leave for 20-30 minutes. If redness occurs, the mask should be discarded.

Use in the presence of cancer is contraindicated, as it can affect neoplasms.
