  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive, first cold pressed).
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Preparation of the test:

  1. For mixing, I take a convenient deep and wide bowl. First I break the egg there, then add salt and water. Beat everything with a whisk until foam is formed.
  2. Next I add oil and flour sifted through a sieve (approximately ¾ of the specified amount). I knead the dough with a fork. Gradually add flour.
  3. The result is a soft, cool mass that easily rolls into a thin layer, quickly bakes and turns crispy.
  4. Since there is no yeast in the composition, you do not need to wait until it rises - this dough is immediately ready for cutting and baking.

Sauce making:

  1. We begin to prepare a classic sauce. Peel the tomatoes, in order to remove it faster, cut the fruits crosswise in the lower part and place in boiling water for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Cut peeled tomatoes into slices and set aside for a short while so that the excess liquid leaves.
  3. Pour oil onto a hot pan.
  4. Sliced ​​garlic, passed through a press, fry.
  5. Put tomatoes in a pan, knead with a fork or spatula, and fry over medium heat.

  • Soft cheese - 30-50 g.
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs. medium size.
  • Sausages (or sausages) - 2-3 pcs.

  • Warm water - 1 cup.
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp. l

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 1 tablespoon oregano or basil;
  • 1 teaspoon of red ground pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil;

Preparation of the test:

  1. Kneading the dough is more convenient in a wide deep bowl or in a small (5 liter) saucepan. Pour 2 cups flour into the container. Add salt and yeast. Mix the ingredients. Add water. Knead the dough. We leave for half an hour, so that it rises. We cover the pan with a damp towel or a lid, and put in heat.
  2. Divide the rising dough into 2 equal parts.
  3. We roll each one into a thin pancake (adding flour if necessary) and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or oiled.

Sauce making:

  1. While the dough lies and rises, prepare the sauce. The number of pizza sauces does not count. The choice depends on the individual taste preferences of the hostess and her family, as well as on the presence or absence of certain ingredients and free time.
  2. Simple sauce - recipe with tomato paste. Every housewife has it in the refrigerator.
